OPERATIONS LEAD

JOB TITLE: Operations Lead 
ROLE PURPOSE
Olala MCN is scaling its commerce operations across 200+ brands with hybrid fulfillment models (in-house and brand self-fulfillment). We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead order management, warehouse operations, and fulfillment efficiency, ensuring seamless customer experience and brand satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Order Management & OMS: Oversee daily order flow from multiple sales channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, D2C), ensure accurate routing across fulfillment sources.

2. Warehouse & Inventory Control: Manage inbound/outbound logistics, stock accuracy, safety stock planning, and coordinate with brand warehouses.

3. Fulfillment & SLA: Ensure on-time and cost-effective fulfillment, monitor KPIs (OTD, cancellation, return rate, inventory accuracy).

4. Process Optimization: Design SOPs for multi-warehouse operations, drive automation with Haravan/OMS integration, reduce operational friction.

5. Team & Vendor Management: Lead operations team (order processing, warehouse staff), manage vendor performance, negotiate service levels.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with eCommerce, marketing, and finance teams to forecast demand, align campaign execution, and control costs.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 4–6 years’ experience in eCommerce operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally with marketplace and D2C integration.
